1. Acceptance & eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Manifest Idea Technologies Inc. ("JustOnePro," "we," "us"). By accessing justONEpro.com (the "Site"), submitting a service request, or otherwise using our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of California using the Services for property located in California.
We reserve the right to change, edit, modify, amend, supplement, suspend, or replace these Terms — and the Services themselves — at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. When we do, we will post the revised Terms here and update the "Last updated" date above; material changes may also be communicated by other reasonable means. Any change is effective when posted (or on the effective date stated in the change). Your continued access to or use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. What JustOnePro is
JustOnePro is a lead-generation and matching platform. We connect homeowners who request home-improvement services (roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades) with one independent, third-party licensed contractor serving their area. JustOnePro is not a contractor, home-improvement salesperson, or home-improvement business, does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work, and is not a party to any agreement you enter with a contractor. Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers.
3. Consent to be contacted (TCPA & telemarketing)
Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights. By submitting a service request and providing your telephone number, you represent that the number is yours and you expressly consent to receive telephone calls and text messages from JustOnePro and the one matched contractor at that number regarding your request and related home-services offers, including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list.
Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, following the opt-out instructions in any message, or contacting us at tryjustonepro@gmail.com. Revoking consent will stop further marketing contact but may prevent us from matching you with a contractor.

4. No guarantee; verify your contractor
- We do not guarantee that you will be matched, that a contractor will contact you, or that any work will be performed, completed, or of any particular quality or price.
- While we take steps to vet contractors, you are responsible for independently verifying any contractor's license, bond, and insurance before hiring. In California you can verify a contractor's license with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) at cslb.ca.gov.
- Any contract for work is solely between you and the contractor. Disputes about work, pricing, quality, or conduct are between you and the contractor.
- Cost estimates or calculators on the Site are non-binding illustrations, not quotes.
5. Homeowner responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Services only for genuine service requests for property you own or are authorized to manage, and to deal with matched contractors in good faith.
6. Contractor terms
If you use the Services as a contractor, you additionally agree that you are a properly licensed (CSLB), bonded, and insured business; that you will contact matched homeowners only regarding their request and in compliance with all applicable laws (including the TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, and California licensing and advertising laws); that you are solely responsible for your communications, work, and agreements with homeowners; and to any separate contractor agreement, membership, or fee schedule presented to you. Lead and membership fees, where applicable, are described at sign-up.
7. Acceptable use
You will not: submit false, fraudulent, or third-party information without authorization; use the Services for unlawful, harassing, or spam purposes; scrape, harvest, or resell data; interfere with or attempt to breach the Site's security; or use the Services in violation of any law.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, logos, and the "JustOnePro" name are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
9. Third-party services & links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (including contractors, analytics, and communications providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JUSTONEPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THE WORK, CONDUCT, PRICING, LICENSING, OR RESULTS OF ANY CONTRACTOR, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTONEPRO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTRACTOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF [ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100)] OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE [SIX (6) MONTHS] BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustOnePro from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your dealings with any contractor or homeowner.
13. Dispute resolution & arbitration
PLEASE READ — THIS AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED. Except where prohibited by law, you and JustOnePro agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through binding individual arbitration administered by [the American Arbitration Association] under its applicable rules, rather than in court, and you and JustOnePro waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action (class-action waiver).
Your right to opt out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement within [30] days of first accepting these Terms by emailing tryjustonepro@gmail.com with your name and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Small-claims and certain statutory claims may proceed as allowed by law.

14. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to §13, the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration is the state or federal courts located in [County], California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. General terms & contact
- Changes. We reserve the right to change, edit, modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time in our sole discretion, as described in Section 1. Revised Terms are posted here with an updated date, and your continued use of the Services after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
- Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
