    Are the leads exclusive?
    Yes. Each territory is one city and one trade, held by a single contractor who gets first look at every lead there. Unclaimed leads move to the open exchange, where one pro wins each lead. Leads are never shared.
    How much do leads cost?
    Bidding opens at $1, and each lead has an instant buy-now price — roughly half of typical market rates, from about $8 for a service call to $45 for a roof replacement. Members save an additional 20% to 50% depending on plan.
    What areas do you cover?
    JustOnePro serves 482 California cities across every region — the Bay Area, Central Valley, Southern California, the Central Coast, the Inland Empire, the desert, and the far north.
    What is AI Intake?
    AI Intake is our top plan. The system screens each homeowner for genuine interest and valid contact details, then forwards the vetted, live lead straight to your phone. If you're busy, the lead is held in your account for 30 minutes before moving to the exchange.
    What if a lead is bad?
    Leads are screened for real intent, but no screening is perfect. On AI Intake, if an unqualified lead gets through, flag it and it won't count against your plan.
    Is there a free option, and can I cancel?
    Yes — you can join and bid on the open exchange for free. Paid plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
